The Black Trumpet Restaurant . .
. offers a special Guest Reward
Just a stone's throw from the beach is the
Black Trumpet. In a town known for its casual elegance,
Mark Mikolajczyk's award-winning restaurant mirrors this
image with his commitment to culinary
perfection.
Chef Mark lives the Jersey
Shore seafood distinction daily, creating dishes that
have become famous for gastronomic authenticity -
varying the features of local blue fish and jumbo prawns
to scallops, crab and fluke. He recognizes that there
...."Really is a Jersey Shore style - we have a pride
equaling New Orleans or San Francisco's magic. Boats go
out every day catching fresh fish all your 'round. My
fish isn't shipped in...my fish comes from the local
'day boat' fishermen which is what we proudly prepare
for our guests. It's Ultra Fresh - from the
seafood to our Jersey produce". Oh, the
taste of Chef's exquisite bisques and tantalizing
homemade pastas - to lump crab cakes and bistro steaks
& chops; the Black Trumpet will not let you forget
your dining experience. Remember to save a little
appetite for their masterpiece
desserts! SPECIAL GUEST REWARD: If you
mention this e-letter, Chef Mark will prepare a
complimentary dessert to accompany each entrée ordered.
This will be honored until May 15, 2009. 7 Atlantic
