Reservations

Deposit of one night or 50% of stay;
Balance due on arrival.

Check - in 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
(special arrangements for late arrivals)

Check - out 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 bookkeeping fee per room.
Cancellations with less than 14 days notice forfeit original 50% deposit and will also be charged for the full reservation on their account.
You are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place.

When you make a reservation, we reserve that room in your name for a specific time and it becomes unavailable to anyone else.
Please remember that cancellations have a great effect on our small business.
We require a 50 % deposit at the time of your reservation with the balance due on arrival.
We will refund your deposit less a $50 cancellation charge per room if you cancel more than 15 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellations with less than 14 days noticed will be charged the full amount of that reserved stay.
A refund minus the $50 charge can only occur if we are able to fill the entire vacancy caused by your cancellation.
We can issue no refunds or make any changes on one-night bookings or gift certificates.
